Does anyone live abroad and regularly use iFollow

Long story short I am travelling to Australia at the end of the week and I am missing the WBA, Boro and Charlton games

I think I will be able to watch the Charlton game by paying the £10 for iFollow - but does it make a difference with the WBA game being on Sky Sports Main Event and Boro being on Sky Sports +

I am under the impression games that are picked for broadcast are unavailable? Could be wrong

Cheers

VPN and Now TV is your best option if you have them. A Now TV day pass is probably cheaper than an Ifollow match.

To be fair, I don’t mind paying the tenner if it means the club will have it

I am hoping for WBA I can find a local sports bar showing English football anyway as it won’t be too late their time as I am only in Perth and the time difference is 8 hours

Boro is the awkward one as it will be the middle of the night

On the day of the game it will be announced on ifollow which countries the game is being shown. If Australia isn’t listed then VPN to a country on the list.

The “main” sky games are audio only on ifollow. The others are fine. For the west brom game a replay will be available usually about 10-12 hrs after the game but without commentary or game clock. You can find a list of affected countries on line, ( I’m in Canada)

You’re best off with a bein sports subscription for the sky games. I think it’s $15 a month and all the Sky fixtures.

There might even be a few weeks free trial.

Can I ask, you are a loyal Sky Blues fan who goes home and away every season, what the hell are you doing going to Australia during this football season.

Even if the game is on Sky I get the games on my CCFC channel . I have two streaming services out in Bangkok.

Off to Perth to watch the first test of The Ashes then flying to Sydney for a week!

Once in a lifetime trip and when I had booked the flights we had just sacked Robins and were near the bottom of the league so I was wholly pessemistic

Every True Sky Blue does their pilgrimage to the home of John Aloisi at some point, don't they?

Let's hope England's batting doesn't do it's usual collapsing trick.

To be fair, my mate has just moved to Perth so it is a good chance to catch up and tick off a bucket list and watch The Cricket down there - Not going in any expectation of a result, although I think it will be more competitive than our last couple of trips there!!

Said mate is also a WBA fan so hopefully get to give him a ribbing whilst the game is on

Don't forget to post a Blog on YouTube about how good the pie and chips are down under.

Hopefully we beat WBA but can't see England beating Australia in their own back yard.

I’m going to the Sydney Test. Have a great time.

I live in Switzerland and I used to be unable to watch games when on Sky but TV fixtures have had no impact this season and every game has been available on iFollow with CWR comms.
