I haven’t been able to get it to work recently using a paid vpn (expressvpn) which worked fine in the past. Have tried multiple locations. Others have though with different VPN’s, so not sure if they are specifically blocking them as they work out which ones are being used.I’m away from my laptop today. Yeah, trying the website too but just getting the bouncing ball instead of match centre.Is it the App with the City badge?

Do you have the season pass? The problem seems to be actually loading the option for a match video pass. You either get the bouncing ball if using vpn, or just the audio pass option if you turn vpn off. If you try loading the page and then turning vpn on it says “access restricted from this location”.Working OK for me but it was jumpy earlier on.

I can’t decide if it’s worth the risk of getting the season pass next season, as it would be annoying if they then blocked it all!
I have a season pass out can’t get anywhere near it.
Both. Was a nightmare. Got something that works on my laptop but on an iPhone and none of it would go through. Ended up antisocially listening to Clive at a pub.In the app or browser?
If using vpn try other locations. Had to change mine this week and took ages to find one that would let me load the page. Other than that, clear cache etc, and keep trying with different locations.Trying to log in and when I click on log in after entering details the sign in boxes dissapear and nothing...any ideas?
I never seem to have the option to buy the video only the commentary
I am in the UKIt thinks you’re in the U.K. Try a few VPNs.
You may have to sign up for a new account while “abroad” not sure.

I couldn’t get onto Ifollow using express vpn at all during yesterday’s game. App just froze on the club crest.
Then opened it up without a vpn and could watch the game no bother. 3 o’clock Saturday kick off in the uk.
Don’t know if someone had bodged the settings yesterday
