I gave a whole host of reasons why I thought we'd win the league and don't see anything to stop us. Also we're 5 points clear of a team I don't think can challenge for the title and 7 points clear of 3rd ... and yet ... I'd still snap your hand off for 2nd and guaranteed promotion now.

I suspect most of you are conditioned to say the same so I'm not going to put a binary ' yes / no' poll out there, but is there anyone who wouldn't and if not I'd be interested to read why?

Also in a weird kind of way I'd like a playoff win if offered. Obviously winning the league would be incredible, but I also like the thought of winning the playoffs to banish the past disappointments.

Wouldn't trade it for winning the league, but if it was the choice of 2nd or a guaranteed playoff win I think I'd go for the latter!

I always thought going up through the play-offs would be the dream but after those two experiences, I would find it more fun to have a procession for the last few games of just pure celebration and party.

1st or 2nd I don’t care.
Although it would be nice to get Queen to come out to gig corner for a live rendition of we are the champions.

Nah wining the league or clinching promotion at home in front of 30k home fans would be an amazing experience. All day long for me.

No, I want us to go up as champions.

We're the best team in the league right now and I don't see that changing as the season progresses.

I actually wouldn't. I want to win division 1 and after the start we have had second just wouldn't feel as good an achievement(even though it would be a hell of an achievement!)

That said I'm chatting shit because if someone told me it's 2nd or miss out on autos obviously id take it

But right now? No deal banker. Let's do one more round

Not making the autos after the start we've had would be a huge disappointment, finishing 2nd instead of 1st would be a shoulder shrug.
