i was wondering if sisu did this for a reason ? Maybe they have been advised to do so by there lawyers which could help there case. Maybe it would look bad to carry on using the ricoh while not paying the rent ? (in the eyes of an administrator)
Can't help thinking there is something more to come.

According to the guy on CWR its because the administrators for CCFC Ltd would now become liable for the rent.

Their still liable for it though. Sisu clearly don't care about being liable for it, but I guess the administrators aren't going to want that hovering over them.

Might have something to do with trying to surrender the lease, which could be an issue as the advice I highlighted here suggested: http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/28462-Confused.com?p=401076#post401076

On that note, Tad's story on another thread about Fisher trying to return the keys, if true, would fit with that too.

If the company that owns the lease is in admin then doesn't that impact of directors liability? Presumably they've been advised to leave on legal grounds.

Surely if Sisu were planning for home games to be played elsewhere then the league would have been informed ?

Who says we have left the Ricoh? Have I missed something?

How did you miss the 'SISU moving out of the Ricoh in a big lorry' thread?

I saw the thread about the stock being moved - does this mean we are no longer playing our home games at the Ricoh?

They are no longer tenants. they will remove themselves. Now (and according to reports) ACL will allow them in to play their games while the whole process moves forward which presumably will be a new negotiation with CCFC Holdings?

If that does not materialise then they will play elsewhere as approved by the FL.

Why would we play at another ground though when there is an empty one here, SISU will have to rent another ground, pay for transport for 6,500 season ticket holders, admin at this ground and any other costs when it would be much cheaper to just pay the 10k and rent the Ricoh for last three games.

And if ACL are locking the gates and we're not paying any rent anyway, surely we can play here for free!

no if it goes SISU's way Tuesday then a new rent deal would need to be struck before we could play at the Ricoh! if ACL then the rent would still need to be lower than the cost proposed by the other club in the west midlands or show the administrator a greater return in profit otherwise they could be seen to not be supporting the creditors interests! welcome to the truly fecked up world so many of you wanted....bravo

I think if you have revoked the lease you need to not continue to be there. Squatting

Everything is now reset and can be started again.

ACL and CCFC will now agree a match by match price.
I guess it will be cost neutral for the first few games as CCFC pay the on day costs only.

So, to sum up, do we think we will keep playing home games at the Ricoh, even though the club has moved out?

Depends on Tuesday whether that is a choice for CCFC/ACL to agree or the administrator running CCFC to make!

How can we still play at the Ricoh when we can't buy any tickets from there?
