If we win I'd give Carsley the job. He's won 3 of the 4 games he's been in-charge all of them clean sheets. He's been saying in interviews that they're really trying to figure out whats going wrong at home and what they can do to change this to ensure that we win tomorrow. So if he does set up a team which gets the job done tomorrow, that is top managing. He also has a great reputation in football, as he even said that he's had numerous managers asking him to take their players.

I bet if we win, he'll be seriously considered to get it until the end of the season. Keep the fans happy and save money.

I dont think he's ready. He will be ready for it next time the manager leaves, but not yet. He's done a grand job and he's a top coach, i just think he isnt ready. If we win, it will put us in a good position for the Play Off and our chances would improve. Should be a good game, lookign forward to it and what the result will be

Based on what information? Talk us through the factors that brought you to that conclusion.

Not ready yet !!!
like i have said before no point in doing anything until the end of the season.
Lets see what division we are in and this opportunity gives Carsley a bit of experiance. A new manager now would take 4-5 games to get to know the players by this time our season could be over.

We will get another 3 points, Swindon will fall behind the others, and the other teams are playing eachother this weekend or higher mid table teams, so we have a team with no confidence, stability and a new manager who hardly knows the team yet

Assuming the Transfer embargo includes managers, Carsley will be in charge till season ends.
