Either way - they don't want to buy it. So they don't value it that highly, no matter how much bluster there is.

Why should they want to buy it? How do you know what they value the purchase price at, if indeed they did want to buy it and if indeed higgs want or feel the need to sell it to the council? What is this bluster you talk of?

If ACL is going to be the successful enterprise that it's being talked up as... why would they now want to buy it?

And as jack griffin days they want out why doesn't the council buy them out?

quote grendull "I don't I think its worth fuck all you idiot - that's the point if the thread. Its worth £6.5 million and its a charity. Surely the council have a duty - its only buying at its value. Do you think it isn't worth it Tony?

What utter rubbish there is no point to this thread other than attack Jack, yet you cry wolf about people taking an unhealthy interest in you.

You are a transparent fool

Ain't they reinvesting everything back into the Ricoh, while not taking any dividends? That sounds like 0% capitalist to me.

Where have I stated what the share is worth?

All I have ever said it is worth what the Higgs are prepared to sell it for alongside what someone is prepared to pay....

So have you not said CCFC should pay £6.5 million for the Higgs share? Are you sure?

All I have ever done is quote what Higgs think its worth.

Unlike you I dont claim to know things such as these.

However one thing I know for certain is this. Just like all of us on this forum, YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT ACL IS WORTH.

The fact that you make up this type of nonsense is why no one takes you seriously.

So if sisu and the council claim the share is worthless they may be correct?

It is confusing I know. After all, the loan to ACL was justified by the fact it would "return a profit over time".

What is the interest rate? Is it more or less than what the club pays ARVO? If we're going to decide if it's capitalism or not we best work out what the going rates are.

Am I right in thinking that CCFC Ltd had first refusal on the charity's share until 2015? Happy to be corrected.

Considering it seems they agreed a HOT's for somewhere between 4-5 million. I don't believe I have.
I would like them to get their money back because they are a charity who helped us out.
I would like them to get back what they invested at least.

Steve Parish at Crystal Palace has achieved what most of you think is the impossible.
