.....intention of turning this club around, as the club statement implies. They will keep:

Murphy
Clarke
Christie
Keogh
Cameron
Hussey
Bigi
Thomas
Deegan
Baker
McSheffrey
ROD
Cody

and ditch the rest of our current squad.

I have been an advocate of mcsheffrey but now I think he can and should go. Richard wood if fit has to stay. A big miss this season. O'donovan? Why?

Murphy has been a more than adequate keeper since Christmas. Wood should stay. Hussey has been phenominal in my eyes and McDonald will be great next year. The rest can stay/go and I wouldn't bat much of an eyelid

Bear in mind folks, Ched Evans couldn't hit a barndoor in this division before scoring over 30 for Sheff Utd this year-the likes of ROD may actually contribute something at that level.

For me i'd want to keep christie, clarke, hussey, clingan, mcdonald, thomas, mcpake, wood and id be desperate to make sure crainie and keogh stay. Other than that i wouldnt be bothered about any of the others leaving. Mcsheffrey would be first out of the door. i'd ask him to leave tonight quickly followed by bell and baker. There seems to be a lot of defenders in my list which probably emphasises that our defence probably isnt that bad. But our midfield and forwards are poor and the reason why we've been relegated this year. No goals, creativity or ability really.

Agree Sheffs has done nothing since Bury last Auguust and he did sweet f a that night.Murphy has improved as the season we nt on .Any player who is thinking about leaving should say to themselves who would buy me after i have just help relegate Cov City ( with the odd exception ).

ROD is a proven scorer at that level, YES, it is that shit!

McSheffrey will score a lot in L1, people seem to forget our brief resurgance coincided with McSheffrey being pushed up front and scoring. He nearly match Juke in the second half of the season.

Proven scorer at this level is one thing, doing with Coventry City in L1, I doubt it.

15 games hardly makes him proven, there are many better players we could pick up off the local park than ROD.

On the contrary, i'd say 9 goals in 15 games DOES prove he can score regularly at that level. Undisputedly so....

McPake? He has guided hibs to a Scottish cup final. I would like to see him stay, see what he can do after getting some experience!

As long as he only copied Evans' on field antics though....

If he wins the Cup and they stay up in the SPL, the chances of him returning for the fun and games in L1 are next to nowt.

Mifsud scored about 17 goals in half a season for us, over the next 18 months he probably scored about 5 goals.

There are many better options than ROD.

ROD and MIFSUD proved they can score at those levels when a team plays to their strengths. Mifsud stopped scoring when CC tried to turn him into a cultured wide midfielder who was calm on the ball. Dowie played to exploit Mifsud's pace by using him through the middle with fast, direct counter attacking play

Sheff should be a good player in League One.

I stress the word 'should.'
