She would:
Lose money because under admin the players can be sold
Significant asses would be lost (e.g league status, merchandising etc)
Her backers would lose faith in Sisu
She'd have lots of unpredictable fans to worry about

Why would she liquidate us out of spite?

There is a lot of talk on here about whether it will be admin or liquidation, that we should do it now as we have enough points to stay up, or that they will do something out of spite etc.

Joy Seppala will do what is best for her. CCFC after Sisu have left means nothing to her.

So most want Sisu to fuck off out of our club, especially the evil bitch "Joyless", but get a crinkle on when it looks like they might fuck off out of the club?

or if you look at it from a non fan perspective she's got an investment with zero chance of making a return on investment and very little chance of even breaking even. Therefore the longer SISU stick around the more money they lose, or rather their investors money. I think the biggest question she would face from her investors is why they stuck around so long. league status, merch etc isn't much of an asset when it's part of a loss making organisation. Don't SISU, or at least one of their connected companies, have a charge over pretty much every asset we have. Sure the FL can divert any money due to players but I'm not sure they'd have much luck with anything else, can you really see them wanting to drag SISU through the court for the relatively small value in assets we hold?

I wouldn't blame her at all! At least ACL would buy the club though and they could go and watch ACL Fc play.

I have no doubt ACL puppet master 'Mutton the Milkman' has an awful lot to do with the breakdown in negotiations.

The man is an imbecile. Is it any wonder that this monosyllabic moron has failed so miserably to attract investment when representing the city on the world stage at events like MIPIM? This is someone who greets leaders from industry and business wearing sunglasses, a black shirt and trade union pin badges.

If SISU did wash their hands of CCFC it will be because they made a complete mess of trying to run a football club over a five year period. The decisions have been appalling, they have done nothing to improve the club on any front, the debts have increased dramatically {according to them}, they still don't own any part of the arena or surrounding land, the value of the league One team is questionable, assets all round are minimal. I will be gutted if they bail out but lets face it for the last 10 months they have been working hard on an exit strategy and one that involves them being able to push the blame elsewhere, they have indulged in blatantly illegal behaviour, denied the courts and spouted utter rubbish about ground sharing and new stadiums. The council have dug their heels in over the bullying and threats and obvious attempts at damaging ACL. However all that said, when and If City are expunged it will not be the entire fault of SISU nor the Council, it will be the result of 30 years mismanagement and dubious transactions and the valiant but foolish attempts of a relatively small club trying to stay in there and play with the big boys for so long !! Football is fucked, not just Coventry City !

Exactly, precisely, nail on head.
Anyone disputing what Ash says just isn't prepared to face the truth. A lot more could be said, but these simple truths speak for themselves and basically cover why we are where we are.
