I think we can win. Then beat the Wall, and the place goes mental again with play Off hopes.

I seriously think with those 3 in the team we can start winning again. PUSB

For us to achieve play offs we would need to win the next 6 games to give us 75 points

Just admit it this season is now over.

I think we will get easily beaten on Saturday. I've watched Wigan a few times on TV since we played them and they are a very very good side, who are not just a good footballing side they are very physical. They are a different animal to when we played them.

Play offs have gone now but don't be surprised to see us give both Wigan and Millwall a good game. The pressures off us now and as we know Cov City are one strange football club and it wouldn't shock me if we won one of these !

I reckon we'll beat at least one of Wigan, Millwall or Bradford....but it would be a bold prediction to stay we'll win on Sat!

We've won 2 of our last 15 games, and have picked up 20 points from our last 22. I'm not so sure I back our chances of picking up 18 points from our remaining 6 games.

positive thoughts only please. I'm a Cov fan, seen enough strange results over the years. Why give in? I do think that if we have those 3 we have a good enough chance. May not make the play offs, but i reckon we can turn this poor form around.

So, for the first game of the season, I said we'd get tonked and we won 2-0.

Based on that, I reckon we'll get tonked.

I'm a bit troubled by TM's approach /Comments
regarding Saturday that because of who they are, where they are and what they've got that we haven't, that is motivation for an improved performance from his squad.
What has the motivation been like V all the also rans.

One player has been shocking for most of the last 20 games.

One player is not getting almost any service, partially to do with player number 1 being on the pitch.

One player is pretty raw and despite adding a spark still has a long way to go.

Do you go to any of the games?

Do you? You sound like a rabid idiot. Take away murphys assists and goals and replace them with Lameries and we'd be nowhere.

To be fair I didn't go in to the opening game of the season against Wigan with much hope and this is the same......

Was proved wrong last time though

Yes, nearly all. I wouldn't even make that accusation of you. You could go to every football match on the planet for the next 10 years, but not have the intelligence to work out what was going on.

Take away Murphy's 30 pathetic attempts at 'performances' and we would have done substantially better in most of those games. Believe it or not, playing with 11 men as opposed to 10 gives you a much better chance of winning games.

But yet you know who earlsdon is talking about! I hate Murphy as a player, completely overrated, lazy and definitely not a team player. Be glad to see him gone.

Actually yes, you? I have watched the city since 74. I don't go as often as i used too. However sorry if my love for the club i support p's you off!! I see enough in Jones to think he can spark something, Murphy has his critics can seem lazy and is nowhere near good enough consistently yet. Can you guess why he is loaned out? Armstrong would I am confident of, scored at least one of the 1 on 1's that we had against peterborough. With all 3 in, it may work. I have a little hope we can start to turn it around. i will not and shouldn't have too apologize for that!!!

We are capable of beating anybody, as well as looking like a bunch of numpties. Who knows what will happen Saturday, but it would be a nice lift for players and fans alike if we could turn Wigan over on Saturday and add a few too the gate against Millwall. It would be typical of us to win several on the bounce to raise hope then mess up against a so called lower team. Anything's a bonus now - just want TM and SISU to get organised for next season (on the pitch preferably, not the law courts)

I'm not sure it makes any difference who starts, but it does make a difference who can finish.

Not sure why we would persist with Maddison now ?! Surely we should concentrate on players more likely to have a Sky Blue future ?

We haven't got enough players who will be here next year to put a team out!

mathematically possible but this isnt played on a calculator.

Would be good to finish in a positive manner but that is not going to suddenly just happen, our squad is weak physically and mentally lacking belief and confidence. If we won three between now and end of the season that would be a significant turnaround. Lets face in terms of next years budget the three good wins is probably vital in terms of ST sales

Being realistic is not being negative. Being overly positive can be just as damaging as overly negative

I know this is just 2 mins from one game, but he's like this most games. And he has a shit penalty. But Murphy kept himself from getting involved.

I'll have a few quid on us winning because the odds must be good. I have to admit that it's not looking likely that we will but if we do I'll be drinking to the health of the team.
