All ACL have to do is tell SISU that if the debt is not paid in full by the next home game, then CCFC will be locked out.
If ACL took this action what would CCFC do?
Have they already got contingency plans to share a ground at short notice?
Would the Football League agree to this?
How much would it cost to share a ground, and would it be less than the rumoured offer of 150k/yr?
Who would want to share their ground with a tenant who has a history of not paying rent?
It looks like ACL hold all the trump cards at present.

I'm sure they would have thought of this but then they would alienate the fans.

I think that half the problem is that there are Sky Blue fans amongst the council and ACL members.

Had they been an outside company with no links to the club I think they might well have done it.

Yes, in effect Joy is (mis)using the love fans have for the club to get away with murder.

would alienate the fans and the football league would make them play at another ground. it would give sisu something else to dispute etc. so not sure it achieves what is necessary but it remains an option certainly, probably one step before winding up

not sure they would be able to that legally, if you want to evict someone from a house you own there's a legal process you have to go through, would assume it would be the same in this instance.

This is where people make a mistake. ACL is more than just the football club. It is a profitable events organiser snd venue outside of football. Indeed Football in some ways will cause more of an issue since football has to take priority on game days - so 25/6 times a year on average. Add in that may of these are weekends when many conferances and shows are either held or set up then it is a significant inconvienence. Stop thinking of ACL as a football stadium - it is much more than this. PUSB
