Get a like anyway but I'd stick to the main message of Cov in Cov. Keep it united, keep it clear, keep it obvious.

Yeah I thought as much. Focus has to be on a message all can get behind.

So what other ways are there to say Keep Cov In Cov?

Home is where the Heart Is. Our hearts are in Coventry.

There's no place like home, this is no place like home.

Coventry inspires, Sixfields doesn't.

Anybody followed up your initial idea?

If banners are free there's no reason not to, surely?

The city fan from Yorkshire did the banners for free but this is his business he cant be doing loads of banners would cost him a fortune. For the march two of us paid for a banner to be made why dont some of you do the same or are we always going to leave it to other people?

I was replying to a post that was suggesting the trust were spending money on banners perhaps I should have said were. However Im sure that he would do more for free but as I suggested why dont you put your hand in your pocket instead of relying on others all the time

No, banners ain't free. Free to the Trust but not free. The guy who does the banners is a guy from Sheffield who drives don't from Sheffield 3 or 4 times a month to attend meetings and, like the guy who travels down from near Harrogate doesn't get any petrol expenses.

Maybe the Trust could use some of our £1s to have a banner of some sort made up for the SBA who choose to travel to Northampton.

“THIS IS NOT OUR HOME”

Or something like that?

So, we are going to call them "scabs" and a disgrace then ask them if they'd mind displaying a banner?

Shouldn't we reasonably expect those who supposedly represent us and to whom we have given money to maybe do something on our behalf?

I want fork handles...
Think it's worth looking into. I've had a few e mails from trust members who, for various reasons are attending "home" matches, most want us back at the Ricoh. I'll raise it with the board

The original message wasn't clear. Ultimately, the trust will be what it's members want it to be, not what the board wants it to be otherwise it will fade away with no purpose or support.

Yeah right - and the fact only 30 people are active (at most) kind of scuppers that lie!

How much of the money from those armbands which you stated in the telegraph was going to charity actually went to the charity? answer fuck all.

That's simply not true. The Trust have stated several times that a donation will be made (might have already)for the bands sold at the charity game.

Are you active? I have a few issues with the trust but I also realise I don't offer anything so can't really complain about those that do.

They may only e 30 active members but that 30 timess better than just one person moaning about them all the time. I may not always agree with them but they are a respected voice, which is more than we can say about you.
One voice and us back in Coventry

You and the Trust want the same thing.

Well that's for the inactive members to rectify not the board.

That's a huge accusation. Are you actually going to prove it?
