Their fans have aspirations of grandeur and even give Bill Kenwright stick despite his investment over the years. He is an Evertonian and wants to sell but only to someone who has the best interests of the club. If only we had one of those! I'm sure plenty would still moan here too.
Great work by the Chief Exec there. SISU would never do this kind of thing as they know people would go f*cking mental at hearing the truth.
Difference is the people running Everton are football people; whereas SISU are simply investors who speculated that they could get promotion and sell us on. Thing is they didn't think their plan through.
SISU don't care about football and before taking us over either didn't take into account how much the success of this club means to its fans - or didn't care.
pretty simple that players wages are the main problem !
So how will the "fair play" system work. If everton are 45 million in debt, surely the will be asked to pay off this gradually in order to meet the financial play play rules ?

Doesn't apply to the premier league. Also not the championship either. I can't see any penalties for clubs that breach it anyway. It seems a statement of intent more than anything.
In summer 2010 we agreed to loan him for one season but then Everton changed their mind and wanted us to buy him.
So a loan was taken out on Ryton and we paid for his transfer. Loan on Ryton was paid off last summer.
