I dont really see why hardworking Coventry taxpayers should subsidise a failing, incompetent hedge fund.

Pretty sure SISU are not failing. This is one investment of many. And I'm not sure it is taxpayers. None of your tax money goes to the club or SISU. Don't really understand that argument.

I also assume you would be happy for the club to be liquidated if SISU decide they cannot sustain the losses and see no other way out.

Its a taxpayers asset your advocating being given to a hedge fund.

If sisu are not failing I'd hate to see them when they are! They dont have a clue.

Why would I be happy by that?

Its their incompetence that's caused the heavy losses.

mark82.........NLHWC and myself have both predicted "Non League football" for the last 2 years at least!...Hence his tag "Non league here we come." It doesn't take a mind reader to see it coming. As for "Selling our best players"...What's new? They've sold or let walk away since they came to Coventry.

Maybe we should see how much Joy really wants the freehold and hold a blind auction for it...if she wants it as much as she says she does, she'll have to pay a fair price, against fair competition...no hold on, she wont want to do that !

Was it also SISUs fault that dublin and boateng went to villa, that Keane went to Milan, that Mcallister went to Liverpool?

Lol. Of course it was. You must realise, by now, that even Diana's death was cause by SISU.

They moved on at a profit particularly Keane. Sisu are just selling off with no profit, just wage cuts.

And here come out the normal lines to take the thread away from SISU not doing a good job with us and not being trustworthy, and the facts are available if you would like to disagree.

If you were both able to read and then understand what you have read you will see the majority are not pro ACL but want what is best for our club. And to just hand them the Ricoh would be so wrong. But just carry on chatting shite. It seems all you are capable of.

Maybe not failing, but have made a loss in the last two years. Joy makes money when she makes her investors money. So she would say that they have failed the last two years. And investors will pull their money out if SISU keep making a loss. And SISU will exist no more without investors.

Anyone that was worth something but not offered a contract until it was too late. Not sold but lost through incompetence. And also lost out offering the wrong players improved contracts. At least we have Waggott now.

See, my problem with statements like this, is that you've made an assumption that I think SISU have done a good job. I didn't say that. And you've also made the assumption that I want ACL to just hand over the Ricoh. Again, I didn't say that. But simply because I put a counter argument to someone accusing SISU of just "selling our best players", you've labelled me with these assumptions.

Maybe if you were able to read what is said, maybe you'd start looking at things in a different light other than "every time someone justifies something that SISU has done, they must be pro SISU." because that's how it sounds.

It was a counter argument to the statement that it was wrong for SISU to sell our best players. Again, please read the response.

If we're to reply with "I love SISU, they are the best!" then by all means label me as pro SISU.

So where have I labeled you as pro SISU?

No supporter of our club should be pro SISU after what they have done to our club. My biggest problem is that some of us still trust them. What will it take for those to lose their trust in SISU?

oh come on, you must know by now that if you dont throw a constant barrage of abuse at the owners then you must be a sisu loving apologist.

Well here you accused me of trying to take the thread away from SISU not doing a good job. That would imply you think I was being pro SISU to me.

All 4 of the players you mention, were sold at a massive profit.....One more thing...We were a PREMIERSHIP team then, NOT 3rd tier!!!

So are you saying, that now we are a third tier team, we don't have to sell our best players? Because I would hate put words into people's mouths. So if tottenham come in for Cyrus Christie, we will easily be able to refuse the transfer...

If I thought you were pro SISU I would say so.

It is similar to the majority not wanting to see a charity get ripped off and being called pro ACL.

If a good offer comes in for a player there is less of an argument over a player sale. But they have sold too cheaply in the past. This isn't having a go at them for selling. It is about having a go at having to sell more players to raise the same amount.

Nothing surprises me about SISU. They will do what they want, when they want. The one thing I'm 100% certain about is SISU will NOT pay out money for decent players. Letting average players(At best) go and bring in shite ones is the norm with them. They paid buttons for Dann, and Fox...Sold them at a big profit, thinking we'll get back in the Prem at first attempt...WRONG!!! Who was it that put us in the 3rd tier? Who took CCFC out of Coventry? Who doesn't give a Frogs Fat Arse about the fans? Who is supposed to look after the welfare of CCFC..NOT!...Let me think???...It'll come to me in a minute!

They made less than £200,000 on fox and Dann you clown.

Last season the wage bill was 6 times that than one of the promoted teams.

Their problem is they haven't made enough money from the sale of players - on most they've overpaid and lost money.

@ cochese..... at THIS level they are. none of those 3 are Championship quality imho. If they were, they would be there now....Leon Clarke nearly 29, has had 14 different clubs up to now....Franck Moussa 24, 6 different teams, none higher than Championship level (Leicester 8 apps) Fleck 22, Rangers (41 apps in 5 years) That's right, 41 apps in 5 years! Blackpool (7 apps on loan) and he still can't last more that 55-60 mins of a game......So if that's "Decent" to you, then carry on mate, coz it isn't decent to me.
