I wouldn't buy the club, even if I had £161m. I would however, allow them to build houses at Ryton and use the cash to buy players/pay wages. I'd plough a fair amount in to developing the Woodlands school site and move all the training facilities (1st team and entire academy) to there. I'd also invite Cov Rugby as the site is ample big enough for it. Once I'm bezzied up with Cov Rugby I'd put some money in to their team and help them push for promotion.
