In one of the Irish newspapers yesterday
It states that his girlfriend is related to a criminal from Dublin. And that Speedie is being harrased by the police out there.
Also Jason Mc Ateer was playing in a friendly and got knocked out by someone

A bit of a loose connection just to get a story. If he was going out with a criminal I guess it might be slightly newsworthy, but I would imagine most of us have a shady character or two among our relatives.
