We need to get goals early, over the years most players have been worried to take shots, if Sheff scored a few in the first couple of games, he'd get his confidence back to score for fun!

You have a point. Last season, our players seemed reluctant to shoot. I hope this this season they have a go whenever the chance presents itself. With self confidence, scoring could become self perpetuating. And God knows we need to score plenty this season.

I certainly hope so! When your banging them in, you don't get that horrible nervous frustration that you do when its 0-0 or 0-1 down. It loiters in the back of your mind as the game progresses and sometimes takes the enjoyment out of it.

If we can get some early goes in each match, it'll boost the confidence levels of the players and the fans. Then the players will gain even more confidence because the fans are right up for it.

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for a great season

Nothing more frustrating for me than to watch a good move break down because Mcsheff has taken a long range shot from an angle when off balance and it has trickled 20 yards wide. We do need to pull the trigger more but only at the right time
