Not a chance in hell I'd go if we got the final. Complete joke of a competition, what little credibility was left in it has been completely ruined by the decision to include U23 teams.

I've never seen City at Wembley and I would not want this to be my first experience.

I'd love to see us win anything, that JPT run where we shat the bed against Crewe was the closest I've seen us come to anything good in years. I hate what they've done to the competition but I can't see them sticking with it.

100% would not be attending, and to be honest I'm amazed at the responses to this thread.

This farcical competition is yet another example of how out of touch the powers that be are with football, and shows how little care they have for lower league clubs and their fans.

If we do get to the final, anyone who attends or even thinks of attending should hang their heads in shame. You're essentially bashing another nail into the coffin that is modern football.

Anybody who thinks about attending?

It isn't the FA or the Football League playing the games, it is CCFC players and the CCFC manager.

Please don't start with all this hand your head in shame crap as what people are essentially doing is watching the football team they support play football.

Yep, I'd be there with my kids.

And Nick, you're a a bit of a retarded troll aren't you? Saying "Thought you was NOPM" to people. Most go aways games only like myself, Wembley is an away game. You're honestly the most negative prick here.

Another who misses the point.

Ccfc would get money from it, so it isn't nopm.

It isn't negative, it's pointing out a fact. It's not retarded is it?

It would be a great day for city fans, especially their kids. It's just silly people on here and else where who act like heroes with nopm and starve them out and jumping to give them money because it's Wembley.

You're the only one who questions other people, you think people boycotting home games will influence a decision to go to Wembley? A place where 32y olds like myself have never been to, just to suit you people who scream at the NOPM people? fuck off.

The club would receive 30% of takings if we got to the final, not including travel expenses for the team e.c.t. the rest goes into the competition pool.

I'm not the only person who points out the NOPM thing at all, multiple people have on the thread.

I think people who shout NOPM and things like "starve them of money" is a bit weird when they suddenly start giving them money because of Wembley.

You are now justifying the money they would get from Wembley with things like travel expenses, I guess next time somebody points out about ticket money paying players you will be behind it.

My boycott would be nothing to do with NOPM. It's to do with the disgusting format of this competition.

NOPM has nothing to do with anyone apart from the person actively doing it, keep it that way.

I bet I've been to more away games this season than some who only goes home games, but who cares?

You think a person paying £15 for a chance to see Wembley will effect the long term aim of NOPM to SISU? get a grip mate ffs.

Puzzles me why people care about what others do, all of this right now is just metaphorically speaking too, we won't see Wembley, we're not good enough.

If it's just a day on the beer you're after I can recommend plenty of places you can go to. Why not take in a cricket match? Darts? Christmas Market?

I have children and wouldn't deprive them of a day out at Wembley IF it happened, as it has proven with the history of CCFC, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity for most. Impossible to boycott an away game of that magnitude!

Hi, I have a question for the super fans who decide if people are allowed to attend games.

My dad has not been to a game in about 2 years now, used to be a regular for about 40 years but he's said he's just had enough of it. Really pissed off with how SISU are managing the club and I just can't convince him to come to games any more, he still follows the club and the results but said he wont come back until something changes in the ownership of the club.

He's never actually said the words NOPM to me that I know of.

If we by any chance made it to Wembley would he be allowed to buy a ticket?

I was in the Blackpool end when they won the playoffs against Cardiff. The idea of enjoying that while actually properly caring about what goes on would be magic to experience once, no matter how low down the totem pole the competition.

If it's aimed at me then my imaginary ticket office would have a think about it, my posts are mainly aimed at the people banging on about NOPM and starving them out.

Although he has said he won't go back until the ownership changes. If he can provide his ticket stubbs for 40 days I'd let him.

On the other hand, on the day everybody is sky blue so get him down there. Hopefully he would get a season ticket the next season.

To me, somebody can shout NOPM and they love the council all week and bicker but on a Saturday it is gone and it's ccfc

If anything, I'd hope a trip to Wembley would make people see it's about CCFC and not the other twats involved from whatever side. Nobody would be there waving sisu or council flags, it would be sky blue.

That's what I don't get when people make those statements.

So many people just got bored and drifted away, when people start shouting "I wont go back until SISU go" it is just spiting themselves.
