I’m a Spurs fan after your support so please go gentle. Tocut a long story short I am going to be running, single handedly, around thetop 21 Premier League sides of all time (points amassed) in 25 days, around 700 miles, startingon March 28 in the hope of raising squillions of bucks forcharities including the Bobby Moore Fund and British Heart Foundation.

I will be arriving at the Ricoh on 9 April and, although Iwould also love donations to the cause, would appreciate any support you canoffer when I am in the area, whether it be running a few miles with me,cheering me on, feeding me, getting me in the local media or anything else youfeel may be beneficial.

Currently I have had no reply from your club, would be great if youhave any contacts that may be able to offer auctionable items and/or access tothe ground too.

Anyway I will stop talking now, if you are interested pleaseclick on the link to find out more including how to get in touch with me. http://breathefitnessandevents.wordpress.com/i-am-premier-league/ You can also follow my exploits on twitter@700miles25days or add me on face book Matt Iampremierleague Rogerson.

Thanks, all the best for the rest of the season

Matt

Happens from time to time! As for what you're doing-I did a huge distance walking challenge last year so I know how hard what you're planning is. Google the Coventry Telegraph and e-mail them to see if you can get in the paper. If you're fundraising on the go then you'll also need permission from every council you pass through.

No reply from our club !
There's a surprise probably better to contact the council if you want acess to the ground and don't mention the name SISU

I walked the same route in 2005 for charity. Damn hard work but great fun. Good luck running it!

Thanks guys, really I need permission from every council, is this a difficult process? Will add this and contacting Coventry Telegraph to list of things to do.

Still haven't forgiven you lot for breaking 14 year old heart in 1987 but you seem nice so maybe this will be the therapy I need

Permission from councils? We didn't do that and didn't encounter any problems.

It's only necessary if you're collecting for charity (physically) in their area.

Are councils likely to be that anal about it? I wont be physically shaking a bucket but if people want to donate surely that is a different story? ;-)

Will try Tynan, many thanks lads
