After listening to TF at the forum you are falling in line to follow him.

An open mind is a good thing, stubbornness is what got us here in the first place.

I haven't listened to it yet, will later. I'll make my own decision based on what he says.

And therein lies the problem. People supporting the Council rather than CCFC - and it is CCFC because SISU own CCFC. The two are inseperable at present. So hurt SISU and you hurt the Club.

I don't believe everything he tells me. Similarly I don't believe everything PWKH tells me either.

Im no fan of sisu as ive stated on here before however staying at the ricoh will also kill the club in the long run

A compact 15-20k stadium would be ideal, no doubt generate a better atmosphere and let’s face it were not going to be a premier league club and more than likely be a league 1 club for many a year (yes down to sisu ineptness) this club needs revenue and whilst at the ricoh we wont get much if any, for the sake of 3 years (look a Brighton) and start a fresh with a new ground and new start

I hope ph4 or byng come up with the goods and buy sisu out but were not that lucky so lets start supporting ccfc again and look towards the future

No, and I don't - for the billionth time - still think we can progress with the Council and ACL leeching off the Club either. I want them both to fuck off. Not too bothered which order they go either. Both are bad for Coventry City. Both.

We have 70million reasons though why we should do everything we can to get Sisu out of our club !!!
You possibly still can't think there is a sustainable way forward with Sisu still in control ?

My question is if it is not possible to stay at the Ricoh because of fair play rules as we have no revenues, surely in the 3 years we are ground sharing these rules will still apply and we will still have no revenue streams meaning the squad will have to make massive cuts which could lead us dropping even lower to League 2 and further?

I'm surprised you're so supportive of the council running a football stadium considering your signature.

My sentiments exactly... Fishers PR are doing a great job grooming some of our docile Sky Blue fans in there way of thinking. Can't you see these meetings are just to big his ego ... anything that comes out of that mans mouth can not be trusted. These are the reasons why I do not attend these pointless forums as to be frank, there is nothing he can ever say to me that will change my mind. I have better things to do than entertain him and SISU.

Since SISU have been in control of CCFC in 2008, all I have seen are owners with serious lack of ambitions for the club and some of our sky blue supporters we have in our midst keep backing them having the same lack of ambition.

I rather see CCFC liquidate than it sitting in league1 or 2 without any ambitions and sitting in a tin pot stadium. This is not the sky blue way.

Actually, a few more miles does bother me. I stated to TF at last weeks forum that I will not renew my season ticket if we play home games outside of Cov. That still stands.

Naturally then a new owner is what is needed, it's the only way forward. I do genuinely believe ACL will deal with a new owner and stadium ownership will in time be under the one umbrella of the football club. I sincerely hope the council make a packet redeveloping the land around the Ricoh and sell the actual arena at a reasonable rate to an owner who must show the transparency and openness that has been sorely lacking. There is no future with the hedge fund, just a pack of lies and a load more smoke and mirrors. People won't back that or at least not many, the club dies.

If they mirror this seasons percentage of previous seasons Turnover to Player budget ,then we should expect £0.6M. that is 33% of former seasons turnover ,the last time they shaved 33% of players in a Summer saw relegation.

I agree with you!
I think TF is a very bad representative for SISU and not very convincing at all. But I don't think that necessarily means that SISU's plans are particularly bad - given the corner they have been forced into.
We still don't know all the facts, and maybe we never will.

One possible scenario has occurred to me that could explain the few "facts" (some of them contradictory) that we have been allowed to hear from both sides.

The PH4 bid would be neither here or there, pretty much the same to the council as SISU.
But suppose the Byng proposal had been canvased to the Council in confidence some time before it became public...... (not an unlikely prospect if you think about it?)

The Byng proposal promises waves of infrastructure development including railways and new jobs with it.
This could very possibly be a very preferable option to the council and could explain why they did an about face on a deal being developed with SISU to take over ACL's debt and the subsequent actions trying to push SISU out?
AND incidentally encouraging the fans to do it for them!

SISU have brought in Pressley to play the youth team to cut costs to a bare minimum. I'm all for bringing young players through gradually but at this level a whole team of them will be bullied off the pitch every week. Expect relegation !

Where's any evidence to slightly infer that this new ground will be rented? No conspiracies please.

P.S. if PH4/Byng consortium was to but a share, or all of ACL, we'll be renting off these guys as well - so what the difference?

So if SISU build a new stadium, who will own it?
They are a hedge fund, they will not give anything away.
They will need finance to build it, these people will use it as an investment?

sisu are willing to do what haskell and byng want to do for cov but council wont allow this

for fans easy option is new owners, but for sisu(a business) they have to find alterntive route to success which will take longer and piss off fans

if the council just gave sisu same benefits of new bidders we would be in a win-win situation

its the council messing us up most right now, sisu have made mistakes but they now want to turn this club around, but the council are pushing them to do this the hard way and thus the fans are too being forced on this path.

Yeah not like it's the more likely option a random American property developer sees a property opportunity for the good of the club and not himself.

Would you leave a tenant in one of your properties if the tenant had renaged on deals and witheld rent?
Sisu are a known bad bunch which is why ACL and CCC will no longer deal with them.
It was reported in 2012 an agreement had been reached between ACL,CCC and Hoffman group for the Ricoh.
Sisu deserve nothing but being shown the Exit door.
They got their knickers in a twist and forced this situation a long long time ago.........Sisu out! NOPM:jerkit:

Ok, perhaps now it looks as though we can look at all bidders on an equal basis and decide which is preferable,
but remember before being forced into administration SISU were the current owners and should not have been forced into a corner by other stakeholders just because another option came up that was preferable to the council.
Even now SISU are still the current owners be it as Holdings or Ltd - they own both so what does it matter!
Even if we prefer Byng and the council prefers Byng, its still up to SISU if they do or don't want to sell!

Ranson done em up like a kipper.
Fuck em off ppl. They wont liquidate . Enough pressure and they will cut their losses and go.

You've campaigned for the hedge fund for months now. Can't you see that retaining them will hugely diminish our support which in turn will diminish our spending power which will result in a team of academy kids and relegation !! People will be prepared to give time to a new owner but the minute SISU FC mess up it will be pandemonium again and a slippery slope and as for playing outside of Cov.....................
