If offered I could see robins going but I would be surprised if mowbray went.oneil think he will be on his way.
But think Stoke will be looking elsewhere.maybe QPR Wiil be looking.

Be surprised if Mowbray went? His contract expires at the end of the season and hasn’t been offered a new one

Blackburn can be a bit chaotic behind the scenes but he'd be mad to turn Stoke down. Could make him a PL manager and if it fails then he can retire early with bags of cash.

Why would Robins jack in here to start again elsewhere do all other clubs post covid have that much more money ?
He’s done a lot of ground work here in just over 4 years. With a decent summer recruitment which doesn’t have to cost millions we can push to the next level which has to be top six.

He will have his salary at least doubled, and offered a budget to compete with anyone in this division.
Can anyone say they wouldn’t do the same?

Why, he’s hardly been successful when he’s done it before. If he was just interested is cash he would have gone ages ago. I’m fairly sure Sunderland would have offered him considerably more than he was on.
At present yes he doesn’t have the money of others but he does have everyone buying into his vision. Do you really think it would be better at Blackburn. The Venkys are arguably worse than our owners. The are just interested in money and think that’s all that drives everyone. At Christmas they offered £10 million as a bonus to the layers if they get promoted. To me all that’s says is we want to get our hands on the the cash the Premiership offers. They aren’t interested in supporting Mowbray’s vision or buying into the fans. Purely money.
SISU may well be the same but at least they allow Robins to do it his way.

Apparently sisu gave him a rise which took his salary above what Sunderland offered. Just what I heard, no idea how true.

2 well established championship teams with financial clout in Blackburn (Mowbray out of contract) and Stoke ( O'Neil's clearly on his bike) have managerial vacancies this summer.

You would assume Robins is pretty high on their list of replacements being the miracle hes worked here.

Hypothetically, if approached by either or do you think he would go? Or do you feel Joy would shit herself and stick her hand in her pocket?

As others have alluded too, MR doesnt seem to be toeing the SISU party line anymore, finances, training ground issues he is airing more publicly.

Would Robins be the kind of man to say back me or im off? Or will he be here until we reach the promised land and he sees it as mission complete?

Maybe he is a SISU shareholder? Vested interest. He’s staying put. Remember to quote this when he moves to Everton…

Stoke will go for a name off the manager merry go round. Blackburn have just as unpopular owners as us.. why go there and get the stress, when he’s got a relatively relaxed job here (owners trust him, fans are behind him) - he’s already turned down a bigger job than us, Blackburn and Stoke at Sunderland.

im not worried, besides Nathan Jones has higher stock than robins - he’s practically done the same job

People like Critchley and Cooper will have the more shade due to working with Premier league teams and England.
