I wasn't going to do Plymouth, but will do that instead, I think. So annoying.

Apart from being difficult for travel I think it also makes the game trickier. Harder atmosphere to win in.

Annoys me that our home games always get turned into 12.30pm kick offs and not night games

Why, what difference does a Monday night make to a Saturday?

Nothing, it's just darker.

The MKM or whatever it is called now isn't going to be electric if you play on a weekend or a week night.

Apart from Blackburn do we every win away during the week at night?

Should give more than 20 points for games like this. Serious commitment.

Is it still presented by Richard Keys and Andy Gray with Sonia singing at half time?

Sorry for those who aren’t able to make it.

Sellfishly, it’s turned out alright for me. This is my local game and only a 20- minute drive away and always look forward to it.

However my wife cheerily announced a few months back that she had booked a trip with her Mum on the Saturday and that I would have to look after (a) her Mum’s ageing, scabby dog (b) our guinea pigs who would have to be moved to our garden room to escape attack from said dog and (c) our son.

Luckily I can now go!

Well it definitely has some effect. More time to get pissed, rowdier crowd. Agreed that if we want to be promoted we have to win games like this, but it does make it harder.

You can't have the TV money without fixture changes. You all want Premier football, higher ticket prices and fewer 3pm Saturday KO's, it's Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday KO's. If you really want it, stop moaning.

Isnt it the changes that are the problem, especially when there are reasonable distances involved,

It hasn't reduced attendances in the Premier League. It may have changed the demographic of the fan, but not revenues and that is all clubs are interested in.

Personally, I don't think being in the Premier League is all it is cracked up to be. I have enjoyed our return to the Championship far more than our long stint in top flight (bar about 3 seasons) which I witnessed first hand

Baggies is currently 3pm. We’ll find out next Thursday if that’s changed (cue next meltdown).

I think all the teams we have left to play are either going for promotion or fighting to stay up. We're very attractive to Sky at the moment

Other than for those who now can't make the game it's a right bonus being moved to a night game. Hull doesn't look as bad in the dark.

Bugger it, me and the lad will go. It's his birthday week, so what's better than going to see the mighty Sky Blues and staying in a Travelodge in Hull?
