You could see it earlier in the season. He just isn't strong enough. I thought he was in his way to sorting it out but doesn't look like it

I mean didn’t he ride about 3 challenges before setting up Simms against Boro.

His defensive stats were amongst the best.

Yea the Onyeka one is a bit contentious.

I mean I like him, he’s made a massive difference, I just don’t think he’s been as big a performer the last two games.

Poor first half hour, but settled since then.

Hopefully we can use subs effectively to get a result here.

Much better at the end of the half, if it clicks up front we can put this one to bed.

Would it be wise to cash in on wright this year? Add to the funds as we might need a striker who will out it about abit more?

Hull had us on toast for first 20-25 but think we worked ourselves into it. 0-0 at HT is ok, these are no mugs.

They've been better than us the first half, but not many clear-cut chances.

I'm ok with that...pressure is not on us, and we came back into the game in last 15 minutes.
Let them tire themselves out and catch them on the break in the 2nd half.

A reminder, a win here tonight would mean they could be promoted with a win over relegated Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

You can always pick individual examples but just watch him.
He's been ragged off the ball twice tonight though admittedly not the only being bullied tonight

Torp barely involved and Wright having one of his more curious performances. Would swap both at HT

Milan miles off it especially at the back. Haji doesn't look on it. Back to having a huge gap between the Torp and the the other midfielders. Needs a tweak.

That was a tough watch. Better last 5-10 but too many off their games tonight. Let's hope for another Lampard half time team talk masterclass

It hasn't. To be 0-0 away against a very up for it and decent Hull side can't be bad. It's just that we are not at our flowing best, shows how much our expectations have changed

Don’t think it’s as bad as it looks reading this forum.

Hull were absolutely up for it with a sniff of automatics and we’re away from home. We’ve slowly weathered the storm and we’re building some decent moves with just that little bit of care missing

Agree to disagree.

I think if we are to get rid of CM though will be him.

They are offensively strong, no doubt.

But the few times we’ve attacked we’ve created chances. They haven’t allowed us to play an offensive game.

It won’t last and I expect we’ll slowly dominate especially with a better 10 and possibly change at 9.

I think so as well, though I think Eccles is in jeopardy as well.
