Fans read each other's forums, and it doesn't take an Einstein to realise clubs will monitor them for this sort of thing. Hull will have planned set piece moves thinking about Thomas; how to deal with EMC....whatever. They can now adjust to target our central defence aerially, knowing Thomas is out. If I'm Hull, I'm now lumping it up to Crooks/whoever to take any advantage I've got, and tweaking my team accordingly. Had they not known, they could be playing a small player like Geldhart, leaving Crooks/lump number 2 on the bench. Like I say, this sort of thing p*sses me off, in terms of helping out your opponents, in a game so important to us.
