Disappointing, we were much the better side. Wright was a passenger at times as was Saka but there were some great performances as well, especially from Milan and Rudoni.
Our Achilles heel now could be our goal difference.

That was not even on Collins in the slightest. Did you miss the deflection?

It was offside as well as the replay showed.

If Wright was half decent and committed at heading a ball and Simms new how to attack space then we would have won comfortably.

We can't beat the teams above us (bar Sunderland) and can't beat anyone below 18th.

Look at the Wigan thread from 23, same reaction.
In the end it proved a valuable point.
But at the minute tonight does feel like a loss.

Feels similar to that night, this. Thing is we didn’t deserve to win Wednesday and did. That’s football and these things should (theoretically) even out over the season. Still got so much to play for. Onwards PUSB

For all our dominance 1 pt is not enoguh in this game. We cannot afford to lose to WBA as they have a much better GD.

No way Collins could have saved that it was a big deflection . We should have had a pen.

Lampard needs a look at himself leaving Sheaf on.
He was clearly fucked, had been clattered, he should have been off.

Definitely will be out for the next match when we’re already down to bare bones. Very bizarre.

Too be fair to dasilva he was left pretty exposed. Everyone drawn to the ball/far side. First time grimes was over that side of the pitch all game

Played some really good stuff and with a bit of luck we win that by a couple. On to Friday !

Thought we’d get a 1-0 they were woeful
Given the meltdown when we found out about emc and Thomas the response on here is pathetic

Honestly can't wait for summer, lots of recruitment needed and lots of training needed for Simms and wright.

Why the fuck did he bring off Simms for Bassette. Did bassette even touch the ball? Edit: he did do well to pull the ball across on reflection. Still think he doesnt offer enough
He put a perfect cut back to Van Erwijk who should have hit it first time. Too often when getting to the byline we drill it across too close to the keeper. Bassette showed exactly what we should be doing more of

Yes pathetic.

Lack of fire, lack of urgency and lack of desire.

Any team fighting for top 6 would be able to score more than a single goal from a deflection from 10 shots on target.

Frustrating to drop two points but we'd have taken a point beforehand.

On another day we score 3 against these.

I would be if the ball wasn't going far post where he dived until DaSilva deflected it in.

It feels like a loss but it isn’t. It’s still in our hands, just immensely frustrating that we lacked the quality to put away one of those great chances. The were so many it felt like. It makes the West Brom game an even more stressful watch now. Gawd, we don’t like to take the easy path do we?

Not really. We won't come across a team with less attacking threat again this season.

It should have been a straightforward three points.
They don't concede many and since January have been in pretty good form.
It was not a given in a tight league especially away from home. There keeper had a really good game and you can't deny him that.

Plymouth and Luton will be equally tricky in my experience of teams trying to stay up. It is the worst time to be playing these teams away, league positions mean nothing at this stage of the season.
