Seeing as it's Robins, I'd start panicking if he tells the press he's no longer interested.

You'd have to be suspicious that any decent bid might secure the transfer of Cyrus.....
Shame, he's a good prospect but I suspect that an "undisclosed" amount will secure his sky blue blood?

Hows about we offer Robins three other players......Malaga, Jennings and McShefffrey.....:p

I am slightly worried but we have recently turned down bids for out players. We have to acceot we are a league 1 club now in debt so if someone does bid round £1m for Christie I think we would probably need to consider it.....unfortunately,......hopefully they bid nowhere near that though!

£1 million for a young league one player is decent cash.

£1 million is roughly the sum combined we got for 2 now prem league players in gunnar and turner

Well they can piss off right back!
Sisu should ask for 60 million, that should sort everything!

Any player with a better offer would move from this club. Add to that the chaos of not playing at the Ricoh and I'd be hoping for that call.
Once a player knows he will be off.

If his only one season left his agent will be advising him to stay put and sign nothing.

Chief Commentator!
But he's a cov lad!
We will be back in Cov ish eventually?
Stick with your home team Cyrus!

He is a Cov lad. But so was Sheff, and he jumped ship from his 'hometown club' at the first opportunity, and we were playing in Cov in them days!

I would like to think that these lads coming through the first team have more to them than Sheff did, and choose to stay with us for at least another season which should ultimately make them better players.

And Tim fisher is going to play Mary Poppins in A West end musical !!!

Ive said it before and ill say it again. If any of our better players are here after the Window closes, itll be because no offer or interest has been put in/shown by any other club. History dictates that sisu will sell anybody to anyone if they show an interest.

They need to cover nopm losses

They need to cover the losses caused by moving to a venue where revenue would be 120k less per game + losses from sponsorship + losses from merchandising + losses from corporate rather than spend 10k more per game on rent. nopm increases this loss somewhat but you can't blame the fans the blame lies squarely on the shoulders of those who made this ridiculous decision that we all told them over and over and over made no business sense whatsoever. but but but they want food and beverage revenue *smashes head into wall*

We told fisher at his *cough bullshit* fan consultation forums *cough bullshit* that we weren't going to go, we laughed at Fisher when he talked about crowds of 7000. The fact he didn't listen, the fact he is an arrogant know it all, the fact that they have made business decisions that are clearly not in the best interests of Coventry City football club is THEIR FAULT!!!! not ours.

don't even start with that, you're starting to sound like fishfaces speech writer. they would sell them regardless and gamble on us staying up, just the same as they did in the championship.

when will people realise that the club will only ever go in one direction with shitsu at the rains, fishface said that you don't sell a business at the bottom of the cycle and this is what he means when he says that they are here for the long haul.

The odd one every couple of years yes. This lot would sell the whole squad if they could.

How many players have sisu sold for a fee? I can think;

Keogh
Bigi
Best
Juke

I suppose there must be others. How many?

turner, gunnar, borrowdale

Dan,Fox, Tabb, Simpson as well.

Gunna wasn't "sold" for a fee, his contract ran down and because he was young were able to gwt some sort of minuscule tribunal fee.

Not many Sisu buys have generated much money though.
