Is this real!? Got to be a wind up, surely?

I don't think that would be allowed, sponsor's names can't be that prominent.

Apparently it's not a wind up!

It’s a wind up. Paddy power are the sponsor but the real kit has no sponsorship!

It's also an effective, if controversial, advertising campaign by Paddy Power.

Somehow in a world full of shitty gambling sponsors, they make themselves stand out as worse than most.

It’s part of a campaign to move towards unsponsored shirts, it’s a decent campaign for me.

I'd like clubs to give the option of buying an unsponsored shirt, particularly with gambling sites (West Ham and possibly Villa do) but this is a campaign for Paddy Power that they've used Huddersfield as a patsy for under the guise of a moral crusade. Amazing PR for them though, undeniable

How do children's kits work with teams that have betting sponsors on them? Do they keep the logos on, or do they have to remove them?

As much as it sounds like Paddy Power have good intentions, I remain cynical. Especially when it's a company such as that.

Forest offer kids kits without the 888 logo.

They can't put them on kids sizes, so West Ham have done a neat option where they sell the U-18 shirt in adult sizes
2019/20 UNDER 18 HOME SHIRT

Apparently Villa's new kit can be bought from Kappa directly without a sponsor too

That actually looks pretty decent without a sponsor on it. The actual Huddersfield kit looks decent without a sponsor too.

I do like the idea of having sponsor-less alternatives. Just think some things look better without a logo plastered on the front of it.

Unreal marketing! Fair play to them and a smart kit too
