SP " I am delighted at how the jumpers have come out. The kids in china put in 110% effort and it shows. Their performance was excellent and whilst the end result wasn't what we wanted to be, we will work hard on improving them in the week and will wear them again next weekend. To be honest, we are a little light on numbers at the moment and for this shoot, we really need a couple more bodies. Reda has a tear and needs one or two stiches and one of two of the others are looking tired, so we are looking to get a couple more jumpers in before the market closes next Thursday. Its a long term project we have set here and any jumpers that don't meet out standards will be out the door"

I'd quite like one of those for Christmas day, not worth the probably 20/30+ quid they cost for something you'd only wear a day or two a year for fun but still thats a smart bit of merchandise.

Oh my lord, I thought you were employing dry irony. You were being serious!

I remember, some considerable time ago, my mates car being nicked from Craven St. They pretty much stripped anything of value out of it, including my golf clubs (thus saving me years and years of future misery, I never did get to thank them).

However we found his brand new christmas wooly jumper, which he'd left on the back seat, stuffed into the tiny glove box - no mean feat. I assume that they found it so hideous that they couldn't even bear looking at it!

I got rid of my Christmas tie that played silly tunes earlier this year - not sure I can bring myself to buy a jumper that reminds me of the Baldrick line in blackadder, where he says he has a willy shaped like a turnip (no mine isn't shaped like a carrot, but is surprisingly orange - must be the spray tan!)
