Should have done this pretty much as soon as we took the lead.5 at the back, away from home, been posting this over 5 weeks.
Agreed, same at Norwich.Should have done this pretty much as soon as we took the lead.
No game mangement. How many times we taken the lead or come back to draw only to lose.Should have done this pretty much as soon as we took the lead.
This is what happened last season. We had teams below us working out a way to stop us and then Sunderland employed exactly the same tactics.A lot of the criticism from Derby fans of Frank Lampard was there was never a plan B and in truth I’m seeing the same.
How much longer does Frank have to turn this round? Its been the same script for WEEKS now. At no point has he tried to change things. Just sticking with the same "favourite" and out of form players, same formation, same tactics. He either needs to have a serious rethink and sort out his stubborn, failing tactics... or Doug has to make yet another HUGE call and get somebody else in. If we leave it too much longer, its too late. Either Frank needs to change his gameplan ASAP, or he needs replacing imo.

Simms play well today?5 at the back, away from home, been posting this over 5 weeks.
Play 3 CB’s play 352 attacking 532 defending. It really isn’t that hard to see.How would you have changed it?
Great input dick head. Nice oneCretin
Tbf CD I did say I don’t want him to be sacked, but he either needs help in order to make a plan B (if he feels he doesn’t have the players to do so) or needs to use other players in the squad. This is what happened last season. We had teams below us working out a way to stop us and then Sunderland employed exactly the same tactics.
Only difference was it happened late in the season so wasn't as noticeable.
But there is no world in which Lampard is getting sacked
Yup, absolutely fine. Not thrown away the biggest Xmas lead in the history of the championship or owt.Absolutely incredulous that we’re talking about having to turn things round. 23 championship teams would gladly swap positions with us. We do need a full back or 2 but we’re absolutely fine.
this is what worries me. we've all seen the problem for a long time, even when we were winning, and the appearance is that absolutely fuck all has been done to sort it out.Its been 2 months now where we can all see our frailties and Frank hasn't fixed it.
I’m afraid you are a clueless, reactionary, fool. Can you not comprehend that the team that got us that lead is the one you are now criticising?Yup, absolutely fine. Not thrown away the biggest Xmas lead in the history of the championship or owt. View attachment 48886

The thing I can't get my head around is, after last season and what happened against Sunderland in the play-offs, we all agreed our defence wasn't good enough, yet we've done absolutely nothing to address it.this is what worries me. we've all seen the problem for a long time, even when we were winning, and the appearance is that absolutely fuck all has been done to sort it out.
If by reactionary, you mean reacting to us playing poorly for 3 months with zero changes being made, losing a 13 point gap at the top down to now just goal difference? Then yes, im a reactionary fool.I’m afraid you are a clueless, reactionary, fool. Can you not comprehend that the team that got us that lead is the one you are now criticising?
Don't think he was any worse than Wright or any of the other players, to be honest. Him and Wright totally isolated.Simms play well today?
There both shit when not scoring it seems. Refuse to win headers or hold up ball the both of themDon't think he was any worse than Wright or any of the other players, to be honest. Him and Wright totally isolated.
We are not fine though, are we!Absolutely incredulous that we’re talking about having to turn things round. 23 championship teams would gladly swap positions with us. We do need a full back or 2 but we’re absolutely fine.
That’s exactly what I mean. Which players do you think gave us that lead? So which is it. Are they the 13 point lead blowers? Or the 13 point lead creators? Or could you just be overreacting to a couple of losses in an otherwise superb season. If by reactionary, you mean reacting to us playing poorly for 3 months with zero changes being made, losing a 13 point gap at the top down to now just goal difference? Well we’re top. I’ve seen us in worse situationsWe are not fine though, are we!
Top of the league, not for long playing like thatI mean you cant change the manager just because we're not doing well but are still top of the league, but I get the sentiment.
It is "not just a couple of losses". We have been poor since November. Even the LeicsThat’s exactly what I mean. Which players do you think gave us that lead? So which is it. All we got. Should have signed Bamford, as I posted at the time, people mocked. There both shit when not scoring it seems. Refuse to win headers or hold up ball the both of them
Yep another one of my suggestions vindicated signing Bamford. He would have been excellentIt is "not just a couple of losses". We have been poor since November. Even the Leics

Not for long, if he carries on picking the same players, playing the same formation. If I was sitting on the bench at the moment, I'd wonder what it takes to get a game. Budwell, Lati, Woof, even Allen. The way we are going, we won't even make the playoffs.Well we’re top. I’ve seen us in worse situations

He didnt have a single positive touch during the match , but he wasnt the only one who was poorSimms play well today?
No he wasn't it's just the poster wants him to start every game.He didnt have a single positive touch during the match , but he wasnt the only one who was poor
No it was just Doug not backing his manager… againNo he wasn't it's just the poster wants him to start every game.
I think Wrights been shite too but it's clear he is better than Simms
If lampard truly wanted bamford it is weird doug said no. Maybe king thought he was gonna be Jamie Patterson level impact rather than what he's doing at sheff utd?
Promotion on a shoestring. No it was just Doug not backing his manager… again
