We have just brought in this Jacob Murphy another loan, signing number 6, well 8 if we count Stokes and Johnson. How much do you reckon we have left from this apparent £2.5 million budget, enough to up the anti or a centre-forward. ?

Probably got about 3 or 4 signing left in us. One next week, one the week after and then one or two on deadline day

We let go 8 players (yes, 8 Grendel ) http://www.ccfc.co.uk/news/article/...release-frank-nouble-adam-barton-2461859.aspx

Johnson was reported to have been offered a reduced wage contract. And Stokes, surely can't be on much.
We've brought in 3 contracted players, and 3 loan players IIRC.

Obviously Vincelot cost a fee, but I'd hope we still have a bit to play with.

Surely the parent clubs of the loaned players will be paying a large % of their wages?

We need two big buggers up front and I'm happy.

You dip in to the market after that as and when injuries happen.

Options. We seem to have a lot of pace and wide options but little to no hold up men or ariel threat.

Two covers injuries and also added height of both play and normally with height comes muscle and I hate teams who get shoved off the ball easily (pet hate) and our team currently will when less skilled teams play us will just shove us off the ball such as an Oxford in pre season.

I was looking at the line up last time we faced Millwall - Clive Platt up top. Give me 5 small pacey exciting attacking players over 2 big lumps every day of the week. Mowbray knows.

We need a forward and a GK then we have a decent squad with some resilience. I would like to see a shola amaiobi type if possible big but with he skills to Punish league 1 defences.

Muscle means nothing if it is too slow to catch them.

Although I agree we could do with a bit of aerial power along with the ability to hold the ball up.

I think he will bring in one striker and one other; it wouldn't suprise me if it was Pennington. That will be your lot until January.

We need a C-F who can play a bit and obviously score goals, someone who can hold a ball up, a Mark Hughes type. We will be playing fast football to feet not long pumped ariel stuff

I would think Mowbray would want some left for the January window
