Predictions - either on loan or permanent.

Depends on outgoings really.

We NEED a CB and a Striker but I also know it means we need to be able to offload current strikers as well.

LCB, winger and another RB are where the gaps are. A more dynamic CM wouldn't go amiss but I suspect we'll have to wait for that until at least Jan for that.

The club could really do with some outgoings as well.

I think if MVE goes unless we get a CB who can play RB we will aim to get both a CB and RB I'd hope.

Usually I'd be pretty content with having the understudy being an academy player at RB, but dont believe theres anyone of a decent standard who plays RB is there

Difficult when it's a LCB that's departed. Suspect it'll be a dedicated RB that we'll look to bring in.

Think we lose Milan and Bidwell.

Bring in a RB back up (probably loan) and an AM who can play either of the wings as well (a decent fee in prep for Rudi to move on next year).

CH is the first postion we all want to be filled, for the striker maybe we could offer cash plus Bassette on a season long loan to Wycombe, Kone being looked at by alot of teams and he scored alot of goals last year, while Bassette gets a good loan in L1

Guess it depends on how much we want to spend.

If its only cover, and we intend to start Kitching every game that the primary foot of the backup is more important, or their versatility.

With how we like to play I really wouldn't be putting an RCB in the LCB slot.

It's important for build up play to have that someone who's naturally left footed in that position, particularly because it allows for a more seamless and natural progression of the ball down the left side of the pitch.

Assuming MVE out, Bassette, Obikwu , Rafa loan, then hopefully CB, RB cover, RW cover, CF (prem loan)

think we'll have a busy month with 4 or 5 incomings, with 3 being replacements. Lose and replace Milan, new CB, at least one winger (probably on loan, Lewis Koumas?), I can see us entertaining bids for Sheaf or Eccles so could see a replacement CM. Ideally lose BTA and replace with a pacey poacher from Europe

Completely depends on outgoings. The King story about managing financial losses concerns me somewhat, so CB aside, I think we will need to sell before you go bring anyone in.

I think Rafa has probably shown enough in pre season that he will probably be Sakamoto's back up, with Wright being able to play on the left.

Given that we have just had 2 seasons with only MVE I'm not convinced we will bring in a replacement if he leaves. Some will suggest a loan back up, but any club will expect them to play their fair share so they need to be as good or better than KKH.

The feeling before this window opened was one of high expectations, but we have somehow stagnated & I can’t believe that Lampard is happy with the season just about to start .
Our latest player of interest , is a lower league player , who’s a holding midfielder …. A position that we have covered ?
Is Doug’s non loan policy stopping us from a real challenge for a top 2 position ?

Given where we're short I'd say two.
1CB
1RW

If MvE is sold add a RB to that list.

With the money we'd get for him I'd hope we'd also look to sign a CAM who's happy to dribble with the ball as we've not got anyone in that mould as it stands.

I'd also like us to sell a couple of our current forwards with a single statement signing replacing them more suited to Lampard's tactics, but that's extremely unlikely.

Depends on outgoings, but I'll go for 3 more before the deadline made up of a centre back, a wide right attacking player and if Bassette leaves a forward.
