Just got me thinking.... Robins has obviously done his homework and knows where the weaknesses are in the team and took in 3 new players on appointment. One of these was Frank Moussa on a free transfer.

How many more players are out there without clubs that Robins could pick up?

I was actually surprised that Moussa didn't have a club as he is a half decent player.

Good work by Robins and hopefully we will see some much needed attacking pace.

i saw the rumors didnt know it was finalised.

in all seriousness though, there is/was a few decent players out there that were free. reo-coker and hargreaves were 2 of the more notable names. realistically we wouldnt get them but there were a few i noticed (mouassa was 1)

Not the best list in the world. Vassell would be good at this level but doubt we could afford his probable wage demands.

Oh, there's this defender bloke, Gary Borrowdale..........

Always liked Borrowdale - but was nothing if not injury prone. Sadly we can't really afford that sort of player

Ricardo Gardner
Adriano Basso

I think Basso is a decent keeper and Murphy needs some proper competition

Gardener - always liked him and a solid left sided player. I think he has come back from a long term injury.

Gardener would storm in the team, only real problem I could see is wages. I had exactly the same thought about Basso, might scare Murphy into coming for a cross!

I think Lee Bowyer is a free agent, may be Kilbane No.2 but could bring leadership
