Exactly what said, everyone was saying give it Shaw after one game, I said let see what happens today and Burton, wonder how many have changed their minds. We need manager who can motivate what should be a decent squad challenging for promotion. We need it ASAP.

doesnt matter, we are still falling and havent got to our natural position yet

Motivation been mentioned & for a very long time that has been the skill our managers have lacked, I don't want Shaw & I knew we would do well in his 1st game vs Brum caretakers always do. Also I thought we had assembled a squad to win us more games & give us a season to enjoy but after 4 games still looking for a win so not feeling good, next manager needs experience & great motivational skills

I most certainly was not saying give it to Shaw after one game.

On Tuesday night I made a point of saying it was just one game. Quite a few other people did too.
