My opinion is if we lose in Wednesday it is time for him to go. Getting increasingly frustrated with him now.

Nonsense the revolving door policy adopted by our club has only produced one improvement in the last 15 or 20 years or so when Mark Robins came but soon jumped ship for ££££££££££££'s

So who is at fault for how shit we are. SISU or SP?

And replace him with who?

Fans complain that the same mistakes are being made again and again, well here's the chance to stop the coming and going of managers. It's a fickle industry, look at Alan Pardew. Review his performance at the end of the season, but for me personally I'd probably only then give him the chop if we went down.

He's worked under constraints and the loyalty he has shown is worth something to me at least. Give him a chance to bring through the crop of youngsters he's working with, how they develop over the next season or two would be a fair barometer of himself and his coaching staff.

I have to agree with that.

Easy to sack someone then replace them with someone who is ultimately no one and then sack that someone for another someone who will also do the same as the last someone?

Confused well you should be I am.

They are all the same given the same ultimatums and restraints.

Pressley has the backing of TF and the board and is in for the long term. As frustrated as I am now I don't believe the managerial revolving door is the answer. Unfortunately the only answer is new owners & investment!!

Surely if Pressley can't even get the side motivated, and that's the minimum ask for me, then he has to go.
the players he has brought in look disinterested and lethargic so he has to carry the can for this and that doesn't include the two worst goalies ever to pull the number one shirt on in my lifetime.

Burge and Allsop need to go ASAP and an experienced loanee brought in,otherwise those two will take us down to league two on their own.

i know he has had little money but the money he has had he has failed on nearly every new player he has brought in.

there is no excuse for unmotivated disinterested players and that's costs no money, so for me it's time for him to go.

the formations he uses do not work. He makes wrong subs and at the wrong time. we are in freefall in division 3. Just lost to a non league club. They were outplaying us before the sending off. Lack of money is not an excuse for this.

So how low will we have to go before we start considering a new manager?

should be sacked straight away. sure, we've got problems but with our wage bill, I presume we should be sitting higher than 19th in league one and going out of the cup to Worcester. Give him a year or two in charge and we'll be in league two. The game against Preston did it for me. Hes doing a terrible job and we need somebody new to motivate the players but obviously his 4 year contract is the problem

I want him gone now , but as thats not happening November has what some would regard as fixtures that we should pick up points , if we are struggling by the end of this month then he has to go , time to get a new man to come in , assess the team and try do some business in january

Plenty of unemployed managers would take the CCFC job, that's not an issue as some say. It's a job, and people want to work!!

This OP question should be how long will SISU give SP?, i would guess 4 years as they have no funds to pay him off, SP must be the only manager with his record at a club still hired by them, all would of been out the door already anywhere else..Now does a revolving door help a club no i don't thing so ,, but do this current crop of players believe in what is being asked i think results tell the story....

not sure if sacking him will help. We are in dire straights. Top to bottom the club is desperate. The shit we can afford don't give to hoots, we get the odd youngster playing out of his skin for his city. So he gets sold as soon as. nightmare

That is provided they're under 40.
Can work with and motivate the current squad we've got without asking for more free transfers or loans.
Able to come up with a tactic/system that's a win-win for both players, manager and fans.
Able to spot players who are currently playing the U21's level and is ready to be push to the first team level as replacement, in case any good players from the current squad are sold on.
