This is a key skill to have, lads. Especially if you're stranded in Wales, for instance, and a big middle-aged angry Welshman (who still plays Rugby in a monsoon every week) starts kicking off cos' your driving isn't as haphazard as his.
Fwcia Band (fuckia-barnd) is simply 'fuck off'.
Twll tin (the double L is a sound akin to a duck's snore, imo. So it's Tu-(duck snore) teen) that's 'arsehole'.
After you've kicked him in the balls and headed back to your car with him in a heap, say:
twll dy din di, y flewch! (tu-(duck snore) duh deen dee, ee fluccch) which, brilliantly, is 'arseholes to you, you fanny!'.
Use at will, lads.
