A few questions for those who understand these things better than I. As various other SISU related companies were also creditors in the administration, I was wondering what they will get out of the rejected CVA.
It's been reported that if ACL had accepted it, they would have picked up about £590k and as they rejected it, they get far less.
What happens to the other creditors? Do they get a similarly smaller amount? Do the SISU companies also lose out or does the fact that ACL get less mean that there's more cash to go back to the SISU related creditors?
Does the liquidation of CCFC Ltd change what SISU will receive?
Sorry if this has been asked before and I missed the answer.
