Pool Meadow is in walking distance of the train station (10-15 mins), so walk, then get number 4 or the special service football bus (101 I believe)

Haven't used the buses myself for a couple of years though so not sure if that's still correct.

No offence taken. If you mean the Derby game, I don't mind picking you up from station. I will be with my 8 year old son and my brother. It's up to you!!!! I'll do anythin (well almost) to get more City fans down the Ricoh!!!!

If a silver bearded oily looking very suntanned gentleman in a Jaguar XJL offers you a lift under no circumstances accept - even if he offers to show you HIS players, to take you to a meeting with the council and a bag of SISUeeties - just say no, he is not to be trusted

This post is a wind up right?

You can not be serious? At 14 you should not be going alone anywhere and least of all asking for rides on a forum!
Are you that stupid?

I can't believe this thread, seriously if you need to get from the station to the ricoh check out the buses.

No matter how innocent everything here maybe, on the internet you cannot trust strangers to be who they are, 14 year old girls can be grown men, and brothers, sisters etc who vouch for them can be the same person on a different account.

If you are a 14 year old kid traveling on your own do the sensible thing and don't ask or take lifts, work out the public transport and use that.

How times have changed, when I was that age I used to walk up Highfield Road on a Sat after going round shops in town to watch the 2nd half (you got let in free after 1/2 time).

But yeah, don't take any lifts, use the bus, get a football special ticket, you can travel all day on other buses & to ground on special buses leaving from pool meadow. Also make sure you are at pool meadow at least 1 hour before kick off.
