OkSadly probably. Of the three victims of child abuse I know and the one adult rape victim all of them had their lives changed and none have become productive members of society.

And I'm not trolling here but honestly I find it crazy that so many of British public can be horrified at married at 9 but have no issues with their kids having sex from age 13 or 14 as if it's normal behaviour

I’m sorry nicksar that’s awfulNot something I've shared previously on the forum but the last time I was arrested by the police (been arrested 3 times in my 70 years, only convicted once) was over 30 years ago when my eldest daughter (aged 8 at the time) came home from her friends house and told her Mum that her friends Dad had started to get her to sit on his lap while watching Kids programmes on tv and was trying to put his hand down her pants, she told me and said we should contact the police.
I went ballistic and went round their house to sort the bloke out (that's when the police turned up) ,my wife had phoned them.
Cut a long story fairly short the Detective that interviewed me said I should let the police deal with the situation and not take the law into my own hands.
Fair enough,he was arrested and bailed on condition that he didn't stay in his families home while the investigation took place.
My Daughter had four months of counselling that to be honest was absolutely brilliant, she's done really well in life.
The detective that led the investigation eventually came to see us and explained that the Crown Prosecution service had decided not to prosecute her friends Dad because they couldn't be sure of a guilty outcome and felt they didn't want to put my Daughter through any more possible mental health stress etc
The Kicker for me was when he told us he was very sorry because her friends Dad had previous for a similar offence.
Every chance the c**t did it again to other girls.

I could understand someone who thinks 16-18 is right time to start being horrified at 9 but not someone who's ok with it happening just 3-4 years later that's my only point I guess.

British public includes black and Asian people. Or do you think they don't have sex as teens???? In fact my school is majority black students. I can't comment on public of a different country cos I'm only British.
I can't say it any more honestly and clearly. I think sex at 9 is wrong I think sex at 13 is wrong. It's a forum I just said it and interested for others opinions. Pete and dart didn't feel the need to kick off about it. If I have offended anyone I apologise and I hope they can understand why I brought it up now.
