Wth it only being a matter of time before BRUCE gets the knockback @ Sunderland ,Eric Black will be looking for a job ,how about him joining Thorn as coach, but we would have to refer to him as the senior member in the partnership,my favourite in a black velvet .what chance/

It just don't sound right. Andy and Eric's sky blue army. They were our best days though when we didn't have a manager as such. Could we have the pair of them and change their names to George and John?

Bruce will be on a fortune and will I think be in demand still as a Premier League Manager (though his days at Sunderland look numbered).
I suspect one other Premier manager is about to be bulleted who I would take in an instant but I suspect will be in a minority of one so dare not mention his name.....

Bruce is a united legend and will b the manager there wen Ferguson goes. Keane (Roy, not Steve or Robbie) is the only other option, but less successful then Bruce, I believe anyway. Any job they take in the mean time is them treading water till the call comes...

Ha Ha very funny. At least he had the foresight to release Eastwood very quickly after signing him.

Who in their right mind would want to manage us at the moment though?

Entertain a crazy thought for a moment....

IF Thorn fails:

Roy Keane

Also in the news this week one saying he wanted back in football and the other putting himself about on the scene again...
martin O'Neil and Steve Coppell.
And don't give me all the crap about they are on huge wage demands. They are out of work and miss the limelight and the opportunity to get back in where there are lots of managers who can't even get close to getting rehired by anyone. Curbishly? Many others too.

The managers you have mentioned have made their money and don't need to work, they will always be in demand at some level so they can afford to sit and wait for the right opportunity. Also you must have a screw loose if you want coppell or keane near our club !!!!!!!!!!!

I think it would be fantastic, but it's never going to happen. Weren't AT and SH together at Palace, so old mates? And Black will go wherever Bruce goes. Not to mention that if you asked Eric Black to rank the English clubs according to which he would most like to work for, I'd expect us to be around 92nd after what the chairman did to him last time!

I think United will actually go for a decent manager, someone like Mourinho....
