cracking documentary on BBC for those interested in such things. 3 parter with 2 shown so far.
Just watched last nights on IPlayer.

HAHA! First episode was about their involvement in the spread of Islamic fundamentalism.
Last nights was about corruption and next weeks is about the large population of under 25s in the country.

Wonder what the real mood of the under 25's is, are they pissed at restrictions, are they very religious, are they resentful of Princes living it up abroad?
The other issue is that much of the work in the country is done by people from the Indian sub-continent who have no real rights, have they any political power?
Will be interesting to see if the BBC got any testimony, I do know they were not allowed to film in Saudi.

The religious thing is interesting. As much as there are many things you can criticise the Sauds for, would an uprising release a new generation of Islamists? Could it be better the devil you know?

Looking forwards to next weeks. Really enjoyed the two so far.
