Our problems wouldn't fall under irregularities I don't think, just late/non-payment with the transfer embargo being the action resulting from it.

Considering we got away with the accounts when BR was in charge, I think we'll be OK this year. Shareholders questions used to be answered with "That is not a subject open to discussion."
