OCD or not, it's just f*cking awful. Feels like they've handed graphic design work to a kid for the summer.

Have the feeling the away shirt will have the same graphic work.

You’d have seen a fair few inside the ground as well!

They didn't have any at the shop ( only the sky blue ones ) and I didn't see anyone in the ground with one.

Actual photos of the China special version. Pattern looks squashed, collar not quite there, chevrons look tiny, and badge looks a bit basic. But near enough. You get what you pay for

Football shirt fakes from China are sometimes just as a good as the real versions.
I'd always buy any Cov shirts from the official shop where possible, but recently got a few fake international shirts as I was no way willing to pay £80+ for the real ones. It's ridiculous now

Only wore mine once and the king of shaves is already coming off ill be taking it back when I get back from holiday ill ask for a refund and then buy one in Turkey in September as that's where they are made so no doubt there will be loads of real fakes there.

Same here, will always get legit Cov shirts, but what started off as getting some of the classic shirts you couldn't get elsewhere has snowballed a bit. Mostly shirts I'd never buy otherwise. . The China fakes of the big teams are pretty much 95% indistinguishable, there's always a tell though. Quality control is non existent there so a lot of the times the stiching is a dead giveaway

Amazing. Turns out if you zoom in to nit pick, you miss the glaringly obvious bits

Seen some cracking (bad) fake Cov shirts down the CBS before. Some of them were even more purple than sky blue and the arms had faded to a completely different colour.
Would be straight out at Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday fans wearing fake shirts may be 'asked to leave' Hillsborough

Crazy to think there has been no mention from the club regarding the away kit.

The best crap fakes where the checkerboard style shirts (96-97) sold as prototype shirts for £150ish complete rip off and loads where seen at the games .

So many good fakes shirts of various clubs and international sides in Bangkok for about £5 to a £10.

There's a very popular website that a few people I know have used and have said the quality is pretty good for the price.
funftball or something like that I think it was called.

Never used it myself personally but had a quick look on there and you can get some of the most popular kits, as well as more obscure special and retro kits for like 15 quid each. Tempted to order a few and see what they're like.

It's a noble thing the are trying to do but I'd imagine it's pissed off Umbro massively. That's a lot of lost revenue for them. I doubt they will be prioritising Lutons rerun on last season kit at the moment

Suspect that despite the 'for the fans' spin this probably explains why they have the same kit again this season
