I didn't realise we had a "senior sky blue section" I bet you're a regular little "scamp" in there.

Tell me, have they noticed the decline in the standard of football being served up, do they
Glance around them and question why there are so many empty seats, even empty stands.
Or maybe when you reach a certain age, those things don't matter anymore? I don't know.

Or maybe they just enjoy going. No one can judge them for that i wouldn't have thought.

What's patronising is people telling others that they MUST buy tickets to support the team because hurting SISU is hurting CCFC. I can't see how really as has been pointed out by certain posters they are NOT co-joined.

It gets pointed out when people go on about starving out CCFC to get at SISU doesn't it?

The feeling of a witch hunt against people going is already on the go the way it's a name and shame on the other thread, there are months until the new season.

Bit touchy?

Surely that's a 100% accurate quote?

Anyway, I just find it odd that some would go to sixfields but stop going to support the team at the Ricoh, wouldn't you agree?

Not really touchy or offended by it, just pointing it out.

It's up to them I guess, circumstances may have changed between then and now also.

Times have changed though. Maybe there was a hope at Northampton that we could maybe come back and get our hands on the Ricoh.

Now there is more gloom about.

"shiteness saturation point" - brilliant! Sums up how I've been feeling since Monday. I doubt there's many influenced by nopm and the real problem is long standing fans reaching SSP.

Yeah, ironic that at least it showed a coherent plan from our owners to try and do something about our situation, really.

Since then, sod all plan.

Funnily enough as I started this thread another is trying to "out" supporters who will go next season. Perhaps that poster should issue as all with pajamas and a star so "they know who we are"

So by me saying that SISU isn't CCFC it is the same as outting people who don't go, or is it in reply to people saying they are starving CCFC to get at SISU or just starving CCFC?

If for example somebody is generally fed up and doesn't go any more than I can understand it entirely. However if people come on here and make a point of doing it about morals and to starve and have a go at people that to go then I will reply. The same as I could totally understand if people didn't want to go to Sixfields and only took issue with those who came on and had a go those that did.

Many didn't worry about the "Politics" (That's a quote, not sarcasm) and purely went to support CCFC and the lads at Sixfields.

So not sure why off field politics would persuade them to not go anymore?

Who's outing or criticising?

It's a very simple question. Why would those who went to sixfields to support the lads, not support the lads now that they need fans more than ever?

Nick has even suggested packing out the Ricoh etc, to show support for CCFC.

Yes, I have said it would be a way to show support for CCFC. I have also said it doesn't have to be packing out the Ricoh but something showing love for CCFC and a bit of unity which didn't have to be packing out a game as I can understand if people don't want to.

Like I have said, I can understand if people are fed up with shite football and don't go because they prefer to do something else. It is just if they then come on here and try to make out it is because they are a moral hero and have a go at others

So we don't have anyone that starts having a go because our club needs the money....or it will be their fault if we get relegated......or it will be their fault that we can't get any decent players.

I suppose it would also be their fault that we don't have our own ground. Or that our training ground is going to be sold. Or not going is the reason that SISU are still with us.

Isn't it strange that you only notice comments that go from one side to the other but never notice the comments going the other way.

They are a well known group of supporters actually a family of 5. They go to nearly every game home and away but have now had enough.
Not my place to name them on here so I won't but yes a big shame will leave another massive empty gap in block 16

I have commented on people who shout about NOPM / starving the club or doing it with an aim in one breath but then moan about investment in the other.

It is a world away in blaming Dave from the pub who realised he wanted to play golf because he was fed up of being pissed off every weekend for relegation.

Like above, these are the people the club should be contacting and having it on a personal level with rather than the "ah its a shame" type shit that Fisher comes out with.

How much would it cost the club to hire actual real people to call people up to talk to them and make people feel like they will actually be missed and show a bit of understanding? If people thought they would actually be missed, and treated like a human they would be more inclined to go.

Even personalised letters from a mail merge, send a letter out towards the end of the early bird saying "it doesnt look like you have renewed, we are sorry to see this etc etc. If you wanted to renew then we could extend the early bird especially for 2 more weeks and if you pop into the shop we can arrange a free ccfc hat to keep your ears warm in the winter".

You only have to try and cancel with sky to see how they try to keep you, rather than saying "shame, see you later".

I'm packing up this year at the moment because it feels like we have no future and my support will not make much difference.
Every season just gets a little worse.
Mind you at the end of most seasons I feel deflated but in the close season I start to get excited.
Some player changes and I seem to forget what happened the season before.
But it feels different this season already and its all down to Sisu and Tim Fisher in particular.

My brother packed going last season and I'm now the last of 6 of us that used to go.
I have several 'football friends' around me that I actually enjoy the banter with.
I also meet up with several disabled pairs before the match (thanks to the guy I 'used to' assist at away games).
In the casino we meet and I tuck into (and recommend) the chicken pie and mash while watching the football.

If I do go next year it won't be for the football it will be because I like to meet up.
Just need to check who's going because a couple are saying they are not going and most are moaning like me.

Say no more.
I have many friends that went to sixfields never agreed but it was their choice.
Some sre now realising that we are totally being fucked over by Sisu, and want no more of it after all they showed more faith in our owners then anyone else did.
I have never had any faith in these wankers so will just carry on for one more season, if then it doesn't improve then I too will be off.
If we are religated the minimum we should accept is a play off place.
