I believe the tactics in terms of withdrawing the offer are correct. The consortium have a certain amount of money to invest there is no point them taking on Sisu's debt other than an amount offered on promotion. They did the right thing and said this is the offer take it or leave it why should they take on the debt for Sisu's mistakes, I know I wouldn't.
They will wait now for admin which I hope comes sooner rather than later and then there could be some other interested parties then ?
If some of you are waiting for Sisu to put more money in its not going to happen remember they are a hedge fund where the parent company has lost their clients money the last two years would you invest in them ?
