I have been wondering about this for sometime. Why is the identities of Hoffmans consortium shrouded in secrecy. They never seem to turn up to meetings. Surely if your intent of buying a football club you would turn up at meetings to discuss the purchace. I have a sneaking suspition that Geoffrey Robinson is involved and is trying to get his money back.

Oh god anyone but Robinson. Colonel Gaddafi hasn't been seen for a few days has he? Certainly rather him in than Geoffrey again.

Although a good shout i would seriously doubt it, surely wouldnt be stupid enough to lose more, and secondly i doubt GR actually lost much money in the first place, although not on the motives you mentioned i wouldnt be too suprised if he was involved somewhere along the line.

If it's the Ken Bruce of Bank of America, then Hoffman has some serious friends.seems logical considering his Barclays,Barclaycard,Barclays capital connections.

richard keys said they are serious football people, but if we put their background aside, they will do a lot for ccfc

so that narrows it down

Souness? Ranson ? freddy sheppherd ? ridsdale ?

All linked with Ranson previously

Yep, am pretty sure we haven't seen the last of Ranson. His original plan almost worked. if SISU hadn't started cashing in on players, and put a little more in we would have been looking at a different picture. If press reports are true could have involved Henderson and Caroll along side Dann and Fox.

Yeah, heard that report. Just sums up how shit SISU are. We could have had Carroll/Henderson/Cork for £2m.Along side Dann & Fox.We wud have have a gr8 chance to have won the league with those & SISU would have re-couped their monies. Idiots. Bet that Ongwe or whatever is nameis blocked that.
