Let me know when you find that time machine which allows you to go back to an age and also an era when you were at school. I wouldn't mind being a giddy 12 year old celebrating a 3-2 win over Man Utd and rubbing it in all those glory hunters faces again!
I dont think we should get hung up on dates and times. There is a lot to sort out in this and contract negotiations can often extend beyond deadlines. What GH is doing is making an offer it is not the agreed deal. Hard I know but I think we need to have a little patience.
Also its not going to happen over night. It would have been nice for GH to have an accepted offer in place before the window shuts just so that an agreement can be in place not to sell any of our key players. I can't see that happening so don't be surprised to see us lose acouple of players on the final day.
According to CWR on twitter they are reporting the offer has gone in. Hopefully this will draw a line in the sand for both parties to negotiate from but be prepaired for a long drawn out process. As long as we are in a position to strengthen in the next transfer window we should be ok, if the takeover happened this side of xmas AT would still have the loan market and may be able to take players this way with a view to permanent deals later. He can also sign out of contract players depending on how long it takes to get an outcome. Keep the faith even though its frustrating, as my mum keeps saying "If its worth having its worth waiting for for". At least we know now the process has started proper.
well if it proves one thing atleast hoffman is good as is word he said it would be submitted today and has been (so CWR say)
lets see what bullshit orange ken comes up with this time for a reason to reject it!!!!:jerkit:
