How can they act surprised about papers being released of a meeting they were both at?

Does it mean that we have found something, or does it mean Hoff and Elliott are saying we havent ?

Wasn't Elliott referring to how what was in those documents in 2008 suddenly moved in June 2012 to elsewhere, or was that PWKH. It gets more confusing by the day

They're not surprised at the documents, they're surprised that neither the Administrator nor the FL seems to have paid any attention to a situation that they should have been aware of.

At least that's the way I've read it.

The argument I suggest is the papers at the meeting have changed at some point before administration.

If they had not changed ltd could have been sold with the golden share, the players and their registrations and SISU would be gone.

Now we need the details as who changed it and why.

Indeed - but looking at the accounts for Ltd they've been fairly consistent since 2008 (and before), and the last ones were signed in 2012 by TF.

It would be odd, imho, if such a major transfer wasn't mentioned in the accounts. And TF (as I understand it) had a duty to mention when signing in 2012 any significant changes to CCFC Ltd since the closing of the 2011 accounts.

From where I'm sitting, it looks off. You're not allowed to knowingly trade insovlently or shift assets around to prejudice creditors.

I cannot believe that the auditors would have signed off the accounts in June 2012, if they had been informed that the trade that those accounts showed had been transferred to another company and so Ltd was now "a non-trading subsidiary".

And of course, SISU would never involve themselves in this sort of thing ............... would they? :thinking about:

Absolutely right. ACL relied upon those accounts, as did the Higgs Trust. When they were signed off by TF in June 2012, there was no declaration of any "post balance sheet events" relating to the transfer of assets to the parent company (holdings) and, as I brought to Fisher's attention at the second fan's forum, the lease was, in fact, shown in the accounts as being in Holdings and not Ltd. Again, no post balance sheet transactions declared regarding a subsequent transfer.

The suggestion is that the directors, and the shadow director (JS), may have acted to defraud the creditors.

This is what the council, the Higgs Trust, Elliot, Hoffman and all the fans, want to be investigated.

@ Duffer...Correct mate, They weren't surprised the papers were being released, they were surprised that Appleton and the FL didn't act upon the paperwork presented to the FL personally by JE. In hindsight it shows RR and GH weren't stupid in getting the fuck out when they did eh?

Surely this is a criminal matter illegal asset stripping and de-Frauding creditors is this not a case for the Police to be involved in ?

If so and cps charged it would then go to court

If it is a criminal matter, why has somebody potentially compromised the case by releasing evidence into the public domain, rather than handing it to the police?

fernandopartridge..................Don't tell me!........The big conspiracy theory is, RR GH, and JE made this shit about GS,players contracts etc disappear from CCFCltd. AFTER they left? RR and GH left when they saw what a bunch of asset stripping wankers SISU were. The one thing I will back RR is he wanted good players at CCFC, but was denied by the Igwe who it is alleged pulled the purse strings and who had the power of veto at meetings.

@ fernandopartridge... Before you start the shite about RR and his Hedge fund, I actually think he wanted CCFC to be a success on the pitch.

i think ranson is probably as greedy and uninterested as any one in this whole debacle and see's football as a cash cow.

read this and pay attention to paragraph 10 where ranson gets a mention

In fairness I don't think this compromises any criminal case at all.

What it does though is add to the body of evidence that something unusual seems to have gone on at CCFC Ltd. If that puts a bit more pressure on the FL and/or SISU and/or the Administrator, fantastic.

With regard to a criminal case I don't think anything is sub judice until there is actually something going to court. That doesn't seem to happening. Yet.

To the extent that he sacked Dowie as one of his first acts and made, and stuck with, the disaster that was Chris Coleman.

Now you're talking my language mate.........................Former managing director Paul Fletcher, who helped recruit Dowie, added: "I still think that Iain Dowie is a fantastic manager but sadly it hasn't worked for him or the club. "There were some promises made to Iain that there would be investment in the club, it never quite happened as we anticipated. The American investment didn't come to fruition as quickly as we thought. Now Ray Ranson has taken over so the investment did arrive, but obviously this uncertainty does cause a pressure on the manager.".........................................................................I say.....I was a big fan of Dowie and was disgusted with his sacking, but try looking deeper than RR sacking him. RR Promised to make £20m immediately ready to take CCFC forward...Igwe the "Puppetmaster" stopped that and forced the sacking of Dowie The £20m was NEVER SEEN, and within 12 months, the aquisition of Dann and Fox was reversed....The decline with Igwe veto-ing any buying of players started the rot!!!

However, after a long wait, which led to the departure of MD Paul Fletcher, Manhattan eventually pulled out of the deal, leaving City - led by a newly appointed chairman in former director Joe Elliott - looking for new investors with the threat of administration looming. That threat continued to look more realistic until, with less than an hour before the deadline, a deal was struck with SISU, a consortium led by former footballer Ray Ranson. Ranson became the new City chairman and immediately put forward his plans to make £20 million available to move the Football Club forward. On Monday February 11, the club relieved manager Dowie, his assistant Tim Flowers and chief scout Bob Dowie of their duties, leaving the Sky Blues looking for their 13th manager since 1987................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................Dowie was sacked 3 months after the above £20m which supposedly made ready....£20m which was never seen.
