Well locally both prisons in Northamptonshire are expanding adding about 750 spacesCant go back in time and make decisions on prisons. Any building is going to be some way off now.
It’s about 10-15% and they rules are quite clear and are starting to be usedDeporting foreign nationals in our prisons will free up a lot of places. Depends on the home offices appetite for it though.
