Steven Pressley is ready to dip back into the loan market as Seb Hines looks set for a spell on the sidelines.
The Middlesbrough centre-back, who is on loan with City until January, has suffered a hamstring strain in training, leaving the Sky Blues short on cover.
The 26-year-old has played nine games for the club since joining on transfer deadline day on a temporary deal and has just recovered from a niggling knee injury.
“Seb is a problem for us and could be out for a number of weeks with a hamstring injury,” said Pressley.“We’re still to get a definite result on that but it looks ominous that it could be quite a long time out.”
