What annoys me most about FLS, is they tell you whether they score or not before you see the shot, if that makes sense.

But who is the cameraman part of BBC or the Club can't see them having a cameraman at every ground in the country would cost a fortune?

Can only Edit what you are given.

Probably a freelance who sells the footage to BBC or Sky

As it's the same footage (I think) the club use on sky blues player and their YouTube channel, I suspect it's someone internal
