and possibly the highlight of my week....
Was sitting in the park by the ground before the match, having a couple of tins and a magical cigarette or two, when about 20 pissed up teenage hooligans approached from the Cherry tree. They were acting like typical chav rodents, shouting and acting all tough when they spot a rival group of thugs across the green coming out up by pizza hut. They spot each other and start hurling insults, they begin to approach each other, approximately 100m apart with nothing but grass separating them. Me and the old man thought we were in for some action, they got fairly close to each other and tensions were rising. The younger group from the Cherry Tree side mustn't have fancied it and started scuttling off down the alley way towards Tesco, with a few of the other 'firm' chasing them, once it all settled down one of the lads said to me "fucking idiots - they're cov and we're cov". Oh i had a chuckle. Chased out of town by your own fans. Morons
